The actual shopping experience was great because communication was excellent. Helen confirmed details and kept us up to date with progress- even sent through a preview to confirm that we were happy with the finished piece.
The item arrives gift wrapped in tissue paper with a little paw'sonalised thank you note from their top dog Heidi - really cute!
Working from a few photographs, Helen has created a mini-me tree ornament for each of our dogs (and hamster) - the attention to detail, such as their coat markings etc is fab!
Everyone who saw our Christmas tree asked about our little felt fur family, and after losing our Great Dane Stan a few days before Christmas - we all took comfort from seeing his ornament up on the tree ❤️
