When my cat had to stay at the vets for a couple of days the staff where amazing. They let me have visiting time because they knew it would calm my boy down and they also didn't mind when I rang up to check how he was doing.

They always have appointments when it's an emergency! which is great for piece of mind. They don't have in house 247 care but patients can be transferred to Vets Now down the road (but there stupidly expensive)

I cant really answer you on value for money because all vets cost an arm and a leg but worth it if you want the best care for your love ones.

We have been using Lynton House in Woking for a few years. The vets are very helpful and caring, especially the current regular ones.

Most of the staff are very pleasant and helpful, although sometimes you can phone for test results or, as the vet suggests, to give a call if you are concerned or to let them know how your pet is, only to be treated very abruptly and as if you shouldn't be bothering them at all.

One downside is that the vets work on a rota which takes them to different branches of the practice and you will often struggle to see the one that knows your pet. If you don't mind seeing a different vet each time, it is fine but if you want continuity of care then you have to work hard to get it.

Test results can take much longer than you hope for, not sure if it is a problem with the vet or the lab they use, but it can be worrying to be told to phone back again and again and still not know the results.
