Paul Jarman Veterinary Practice - Attleborough, Norfolk

User reviews
Excellent treatment by Paul
We took our dog to Paul today, she is 12 year old & suffering with teeth decay & gum infection, afraid of having an anesthetic & needing to have teeth out again.
We were worried, but Paul was so reassuring & said, “ he would give her antibiotics & pain relief to see her through, what a relief and what an excellent vet,
Thank you Paul & the lovely staff you have, Julie Kimber
Best Vets In The Area
We have been using Paul Jarman Vets for nearly 10 years and they are by far the BEST VETS in the area. They have saved so many of our Bernese Mountain Dogs over the years, been there during awful times and the professional quality of their services is second to none. Paul & Jeremy are first class Vets who are very experienced and really know how best to treat and deal with poorly animals. A brilliant small independent Vets who really care about their patients and not about their pockets. They do all their own out of hours and emergencies too.

When it came round to my cats booster vaccination I chose not to go back to my previous vet as they didn't care about the welfare of the animal they were only interested in money so I telephoned Paul Jarman and got the price for the booster and it was cheaper when we took my cat there he also managed to cure my other cat of hairballs without even seeing him he even gave me the correct advice on whether or not to put my cat through surgery for a bone growth he said my cat was born with it and as it wasn't hurting him not to put him throught the tauma of surgery.
Any time my cats are ill I know I can telephone the surgery and get an appointment the same day .
Second to none practice
Moved to Paul Jarman's practice when my previous vet had given up on my elderly, poorly Cocker Spaniel. Paul gave him an extra lease of life and we had him for another year at least. When the time finally came, Paul was compassionate, caring and gave us as much time as we needed, even though he had a busy waiting room. Paul and Verity are a special team and it is always a pleasure to visit, even if the animals don't necessarily think so! Superb vet who listens, explains everything in terms that you can understand and has a great sense of humour. Always has time for you. We've now moved away sadly but I still visit and take my animals if I am able to. Would recommend to anyone.
Please avoid this practice.
We lost three rabbits within 3 days after being vaccinated at this practice.
We paid for an emergency out of hours appointment £206 and Paul was only interested in turn around time to treat the next appointment. Our 13 week old bunny sadly died the following morning due to neglect.
The next day we took the other bunny in for a health check and Paul stated everything was normal. 2 hours later he also died. Coincidence?
We then joined another veterinary practice in Norwich - Longwater and the treatment we received was superb! Rushed us straight in and sadly we lost our third bunny as we were too late.
Paul Jarman veterinary practice has no compassion and certainly not interested in treating animals. They're only interested in money. They haven't acknowledged my emails regarding cancelling the health plans.
Really shows how much they care!
Please avoid and seek another practice. There are better practices around our local area!
Terrible. Avoid
In my opinion, caused our cat unecessary suffering. No proper examination. No proper advice. Cat had abscess on head, now only has half a face due to vet’s lack of care. Have had a few cats before, seen a few vets, never been treated so badly and with such disastrous results.
Expensive
Other local vets £50 for both jabs and £7.50 for microchip. I won't be returning - wish I had shopped about
