There are three cottages: Great Cleave (sleeps 8), Little Cleave (sleeps 4), and Old Orchard (sleeps 4).

All properties are maintained to the highest standard, the owners live onsite and take great pride in their guest accommodation.

Great Cleave (sleeps 8)

Great Cleave is a spacious 4 bedroom cottage suitable for entertaining large family gatherings.

An upside down house, the sitting room has fine roof beams and trusses of what was once the threshing barn.It has a gallery above providing a separate seating area (particularly appealing to children).

A woodburner, comfy sofas and large windows that open out onto a private garden with decking area, picnic table, parasol and barbeque.

Indoors, the large antique pine dining table comfortably seats 8 and with the additional use of a Canterbury table provided,16 folks can all be seated for a meal.

The large kitchen includes a double range electric stove. It has all the usual gadgets that a family will need for a home from home holiday.

Three bedrooms downstairs, 2 twins with bathroom - (bath-shower) to share, and 1 double (5ft) with en-suite shower. A staircase off the sitting room leads to another bedroom which can be either a 6' double or a twin bedded room. A travel cot (without linen) and high chair are available.

Little Cleave Sleeps 4

Little Cleave is a 2 bedroom cottage and has been a favourite of couples and families with small children.

This upside down house has two bedrooms (1 en-suite, 1 twin) and two bathrooms on the ground floor.  A flight of stairs leads to the first floor and the kitchen, sitting and dining areas.

French doors in the sitting area open out to the patio and enclosed garden.  Should the weather not be made for a parasol, there is a woodburner (wood provided) in the sitting room.

Old Orchard Sleeps 4

Old Orchard is a 2 bedroom cottage and is a favourite for many return guests.

It has two bedrooms (1 en suite, 1 twin) and 2 bathrooms all of which are on the ground floor. It is slightly larger than Little Cleave so the bedrooms would have a little more room for small children in cots or air beds.

Like Great Cleave and Little Cleave it retains much of its 17th century character with many original beams and high ceilings. Up the stairs and to the left is the sitting and dining area --to the right is the spacious kitchen and upstairs toilet.

The sitting area's French doors lead to the enclosed garden.
