Exchange Cottage is located in Northleach, Gloucestershire, a small town in the beautiful Cotswolds, a conservation area famed for its unique honey-coloured stone buildings.
The detached cottage was formerly the town’s telephone exchange and they have retained a few hints to its part in Northleach’s proud history
It has been renovated and extended, undergoing a big transformation in 2016 to make it a contemporary and superior holiday home from home. The cottage sleeps up to four adults. The upstairs double bedroom has a king size bed and TV, with a large ensuite bathroom.
The ground floor bedroom can be configured as a twin-bedded room or a super-King sized double and has an ensuite shower room.
Downstairs they have an open-plan style sitting room with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining room areas. There is also a separate downstairs WC.
Outside they have seating and a small table in a courtyard style garden. There is off-street parking for two vehicles.
