Why Glamp when you can Cwtch? Our dog-friendly, compact one-roomed retreat is situated between the popular beaches of Llangrannog and New Quay, making an ideal base for a short break.

Stroll through wooded valleys to the coastal path, then warm your toes in front of the woodburner when you return. Victorian iron double bed, upcycled vintage furniture, en-suite shower room, microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster. Initial bread, milk, tea and coffee are supplied, so you can make a simple breakfast before you set off to explore our beautiful countryside and beaches.

We like to think of The Cwtch as a simple cosy base for anyone who wants to investigate the amazing Ceredigion coastline. My favourite translation of the uniquely Welsh word "Cwtch" is "A warm affectionate hug, cuddle or snuggle that gives a feeling of a safe place or home".

There aren't all the cooking facilities of a holiday cottage, but we think the annexe is far more Glam than Glamping, with inbuilt hygge!

A comfy Victorian iron & brass double bed, a romantic woodburning stove for heating, plus facilities for making tea & toast, a microwave for heating food and a small fridge/freezer.

The Cwtch has an en-suite shower, loo and hand basin with hot and cold running water. Not a compost toilet in sight! A bag of logs and kindling is provided for every night booked; more can be bought locally as you require.

Bedding supplied (high quality white cotton bedlinen and feather duvet), 1 bath towel provided per guest, plus hand towel and tea towel. Please bring your own beach towels.

In the winter, towels and clothes can be dried and aired on the 'Sheila Maid' clothes airer which can be lowered from the lofty vaulted ceiling. In the summer, guests have access to the rotary line in the garden outside The Cwtch.
