Welcome to “Pip Takes the Lead”. My name is Pippa and I am a qualified Veterinary Nurse. I own two dogs, a Jack Russell and a springer cross collie whom I hand reared from birth. I have great experience in caring for all animals , I love the countryside, walking and happy in all types of weather so incorporating all my favourite things I have created this pet service for the pets in Caerphilly. I feel I can offer a unique service with my Veterinary Nursing background, therefore the care given to your pets will be of the highest standard but also fun! I offer all types of walking, including “run” walks for the energetic dog, group walks, solo walks and discount for multi-pet households. Pet sitting is available in your home, tailored to your requirements. Other services also include nail clipping, anal gland express, dental checks. Solo dog walk, one hour £10. Additional dog from same household £4, third £1.50 extra.

Group dog walk: one hour £10 (max four dogs).

Group walks are subject to individual requirements and pre-assessment.

Longer group walks (three hours) £20 (Four dogs max)

Solo run for 3-4miles for the energetic dog (conditions apply) £8

Pet sitting, overnight stay in your home £30.

Unsocial hours 9pm-6am: walk £12, additional dog from same household £5. 

Unsocial hours 9pm-6am: Visit £10.

Small animals: subject to individual requirements.

Nail clipping (with booking of another service £4.50).

Express Anal glands (with booking of another service £4.50).

Nursing care/ medication administration: subject to individual requirements.
