Paul manning is an amazing vet ! He performed cruciate ligament surgery on my shih tzu who could barely walk and now she runs around like a puppy and she's 12 years old! Thank you

Having been a customer for 6 years both our rescue dogs have received excellent care for their multiple health issues. At all times we have been communicated with clearly and the best course of treatment for the animal has always been very clearly explained. They have where ever possible explained the cost of treatments and the options available to us. At all times their major concern has been for the welfare of the animal.

I have used this practice for over 20 years. At one time it was very caring but since it has expanded the quality of care has gone downhill.
In 2011 I took my cat to them after it had been attacked by a stray dog. She seemed to survive this without serious injury but rapidly went off her food. At this practice I was told not to worry and that "when she is hungry she will eat"

This practice recommended and carried out a dental operation and failed to recognise that she was suffering from kidney failure. I was prescribed unsuitable medication (that for a dog) and eventually took her to another vet who immediately correctly diagnosed her true condition.

I have raised this incident with the RCVS who recommended to the practice that their staff received further training.
