I cannot thank the staff at All Creatures enough for the wonderful treatment they gave to my beloved dog today. I took him to All Creatures for a second opinion following a visit to my own vets on Monday. Thank goodness I followed my gut instinct and did this as the Vet was wonderful. She listened to my concerns was clear and transparent and treated my pet immediately . I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Fantastic staff my best friend had to take her African grey called Brooke in for help and the staff and vets are the best for what they did to help her they are fantastic. Thank you very much for nursing her back to life you all deserve an award for what you have done thank you so much for everything you have done and will do. X

Have been using All Creatures for quite a few years, the first I even knew they existed was when we had a poorly terrapin and our local vets in Fakenham suggested All Creatures, and have always found them to be exceptional, not only do they give you 100% in regards to service and guidance, their quality of care is just insurpassable, Now we live in Norwich which makes it a lot more accessible and wouldnt ever go to any other practice. Its so refreshing that unlike other vets we have used over the years they dont see you as £££'s flashing in front of their eyes, you and your pet are of the utmost importance and they will only charge you for what is totally necessary, and are also very reasonable in their charges too. Cannot praise this practice enough, and would recommend anyone to give them a look, love them all x

Everytime I have had to take one of my bunnies to All Creatures I have received brilliant service from all the team. Faye is a fantastic vet and I have presented her with an array of weird and wonderful things that my previous vets haven't know what was going on, Faye has made quick and effortless diagnoses and managed to treat my bunnies each time. I recently had one of them in on a drip for 3 days and I have to say that the nursing team were fantastic with her! Poppy is not the easiest of bunnies but they handled her perfectly and nursed her back to health.
I have nothing but praise and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had my first referral with a rabbit in May 2012 to see Faye, and was amazed at how helpful and supportive all the staff I met were. All seemed to make such an effort to make sure both I and Autumn (my bunny) were ok and that I understood all that was going on. Faye spoke in language I understood and also helped me make the best choices for Autumn (as opposed to telling me what to do). Autumn was treated like a prince and they were able to x-ray him without even a sedation which, for my wiggly boy, shows immense skill and knowledge of how rabbits are. I was exceptionally impressed. We travelled an hour, 20 to get there and, when necessary will go back. We have since had the benefit of Faye's expertise with another bunny I have, both Faye taking the time to have a long conversation with me over the phone and also liaising and advising my vets. I count myself very lucky to have had my bunny referred to this practice- when we went, I took a bunny with no hope, who was due to be PTS but when we left, we left with some hope and that hope has come to fruition because his symptoms and problems have been kept under control by a new med regime. The other bunny who has had input from them is also on a new med regime and my hope is that he can fight with the help of that too. I can't praise them enough for what they have done for my crew, and me, and know that any other bunny (or animal) who happens to pass through their doors will receive equally good treatment and be very lucky to find themselves there.

We first visited All Creatures when we heard about their brilliant 'lifetime vaccination' deal from the breeder of our Chocolate Lab who also recomended them. All the staff and vets are amazing, all of them are lovely and caring, not only to the animals but to the owners as well. Our Lab unfortunately had a serious road traffic accident but with the love and care of All Creatures she is well on the way to recovery and she still loves to go and see them. I would not dream of taking her to another vet and would highly recommend everyone to go there. Although we have never had cause to take any of our chickens there, it is good to know they are experts in this field because vets who know anything about chickens are 'as rare as hens teeth'

This in my personal opinion is without doubt the nicest, friendliest vet's that I have ever come across. The practice is exceptionally clean, the staff are very professional but at the same time very helpful, friendly and caring to both the animal and the owner which is very important. I have a one year old cat called Solo and an eight week old kitten called Ollie who attend All Creatures Healthcare at this time and neither of them get stressed whilst there, this means a lot to me and am sure they would say the same if they could. It is just a pleasant experience to be at All Creatures Animal Healthcare no matter how stressed you are at the time they take care of you, that is very special to me.

When I sadly lost my very old cat Billy in September 2011 at 22 years of age, the kindness and compassion that everyone showed him and me was very comforting. I would definately recommend this practise without any hesitation. If I could give a higher score I would.

The staff are hardworking, supportive, friendly and in my experience always provide a high standard of care. This high standard of care not only applies to the pets their treating but also the owners who sometimes need their help & support too. I have my Chinchilla's and Tortoise registered at All Creatures and I have regrets and no hesitation in recommending them to other pet owners. We have always been greeted with smiles as well as fast efficient and reliable care through out, even through to the after care calls to monitor recovery and check for any concerns. I am extremely grateful to all the staff for their part in making a difference.

Thankfully we were referred when Samuel was really poorly with his teeth. We have nothing but praise for all the staff, both Samuel and Digger are treated like the little stars they are. We have always been able to get an appointment that is suitable to us. The communication is excellent and customer satisfaction is important to them. NHS discount too! Well done all.

We were referred to All Creatures back in late March 2012, from another practice, as they have such high expertise in dealing with Rabbits. Crumble had been unwell on and off for a week before hand, which the other practice could not identify the reasons as to why. When bringing her to All Creatures it was quickly revealed why she been so unwell (overgrown back teeth). Crumble remained with All Creatures for a few days, whilst receiving treatment, and was back to herself in no time. The care that she received from all staff was to the highest quality both whilst she was there and afterwards. It turns out that our Crumble has a growth issue with her back teeth, which overtime left untreated can become very uncomfortable for her. Unfortunately it is an issue that needs close observation, and from time to time needs them to be attended to once every few months. We were given plenty of advice to help aid with this problem in terms of dietary requirements and signs to watch out for. Thanks to All Creatures we now able to detect and slow this process down, making Crumbles life a lot happier.
