Our Ripley branch was the first to be opened in 1979. Since then, it has been re-located, refurbished and updated with a significant number of facilities allowing us to maintain the great reputation we have worked so hard to establish.

Thanks to our recent refurbishment, you and your companion can look forward to a modern practice in the centre of town. Our owners, John and Heather, are based at the branch and supported by a team of friendly and professional vets and nurses.

Don’t be fooled by how long our Ripley branch has been established. We have been open for more than 3 decades, but our attitudes and approaches to veterinary science are educated and up-to-date.

Separate cat and dog wards for post-surgery recovery
Keyhole surgery, laser therapy, dental facilities and ultrasonography
Nurse clinics offering advice regarding animal health
If your pet ever requires blood or urine analysis, their samples will be sent to the laboratory at our Heanor branch. Additionally, should your pet need to stay with us overnight, we will make the necessary arrangements to safely transport them to our main hospital.
