The waiting room is split into two areas. One for cats, birds and exotic pets and one for dogs. There is also a children's corner where they can play and amuse themselves while owners wait. We encourage and welcome children (our next generation of client) as we feel the visit to the vets should be a family experience. Waiting is kept to a minimum with our newly introduced fifteen minute appointment system.

This has been increased from ten minutes while the consulting fee has been kept the same in an effort to improve efficiency and reduce stress. We have the koi pond as well to amuse clients and are looking at other forms of amusement to introduce and make the experience at Anrich as enjoyable and rewarding as possible whilst having your pet treated in the most caring and expert manner possible
