I have been going to Birch Vets for over 25 years. I have always found them to be the best vets on the Wirral. All vets are expensive these days. However, I have found them to be fairly priced. One vet gave me a prescription to get insulin online because I couldn’t afford it. The vets are very caring and provide fantastic care to the animals they treat. All my family use these vets and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

no problem with vets, great care. Unfortunately the receptionists let this place down, i phoned up to request a prescription for my dogs medication and was faced with a very rude receptionist at the other end of the phone, at the end of the call i pointed out to her that she had a very firm attitude towards customers, she then went on to say " yes i am firm" im sorry to say that i will now be taking my custom elsewhere due to this very unnecessarily unfriendly receptionist. By the way the other one is equally as rude. Shame as lovely vets/nurses.
