Can't praise these guys highly enough. We have been customers of Braids since they opened in Mayfield Road and cannot fault them on anything. The care our various pets (currently 3 dogs) have received over the years has been amazing. The staff without exception are kind and caring and compassionate have always treated our pets as if they belonged to them personally. It is comforting to know that your pets are in the best of hands on the occasions you may have to leave them with the vet. Not the cheapest in the world but what price do you put on the health of your extended family. We'd never trust the health and welfare of our dogs to anyone else. We've been through some puppy dramas, old dog situations and general illness and we've come through with mostly a smile and sometimes a tear but we have never ever felt let down by our vets. It's always nice to go to the hospital as you are assured of a warm and friendly welcome from the reception desk right the way through to the vets. They give constant support when you have a sick pet which takes some of the stress out of the situation as you know they are only a phone call away.
We will stay with Braids as long as they exist and here's hoping that's a long time yet.
