Their premises includes a separate but integrated cat clinic, outstanding in-patient wards and operating theatres, spacious comfortable waiting areas, 9 consulting rooms for both veterinary and nurse consultations, diagnostics room with CT Scanning, x-ray, ultrasound, ECG and endoscopy equipment and a well equipped in-house laboratory.

Castle Vets are very pleased to have European Veterinary Specialist Hannes Bergmann working as a consultant at the practice; this means that their patients can undergo some very specialist surgical procedures, such as joint repair or replacement, arthroscopy and specialised soft tissue surgery, without having to travel long distances to referral practices.

Most cats are considerably calmer when removed from the sights and smells of dogs whilst visiting a veterinary surgery. Castle Vets are the only local practice offering completely separate cat friendly facilities.

The integrated Cat Clinic is part of their outstanding air-conditioned modern layout, including spacious segregated in-patient wards and operating theatres, comfortable waiting areas and a large free car park.
