Appointment was agreed quickly, receptionist very professional. Vet very good, explained everything clearly, my dog was castrated. We were asked to pick him up within 1.15 hour from the time we left him. When we got there he was barking. He must have recently wake from anaesthetic, he was also given sedative, antibiotic and painkiller prior to procedure. He weighs 10 kg and the drugs affected him greatly. 4 nurses sat in the room where dog cages are. Not 1 of them try to comfort the dog, they just sat there chatting while the dog was visibly confused.
My husband went to pick him up but couldn't open the cage. None of the nurses got up to open the cage which was very cold and unprofessional. He had to ask for help, only then nurse opened it. In my opinion it was much too quick to release the dog but I wouldn't want him to stay there any longer as the staff did not care about him. However procedure went well . Doctor was very good and receptionist brilliant. I wouldn't recommend only because of the coldness and lack of care by nurses.

I have been taking my two mogs to this vet since we've had them. They've received fantastic care throughout the years, the staff are lovely and very professional. One of my mogs is paticularly accident prone and is always getting into scrapes, so we've seen them for injuries minor and major and regular vaccines etc... Never struggled to get an appointment with them, even on very short notice. They're well priced and have been very generous in the past on refills of chlorahexidrine and once the vet gave us a cover for our very exposed cat carry box free of charge! Couldn't speak highly enough of this practise.
