Vets Now is dedicated to improving the lives of pets and vets by providing emergency care  when most vets' surgeries are closed. For pets, we're an out-of-hours accident and emergency service. For vets, we're trusted, expert partners providing an extension to the practice's  daytime activity.

When you call us we'll provide free advice over the phone and advise whether you need to bring your pet into the clinic for immediate treatment. If your pet does need emergency care, we'll normally ask you to bring them to our clinic where we have the personnel, equipment and medicine to provide immediate treatment. We will do house visits, but it’s often best for your pet if you can bring them to us, so they have the best facilities and veterinary support available immediately.

I had to bring my pet in as an emergency, they didn't seem to know what was wrong , despite the fact he'd had a stroke, I was then told that he had Feline aids, they weren't very informative , within 24 hours he'd gone from being ok, to being put to sleep, I felt there was no warmth or empathy, was left devastated, would not recommend Vets now, and they charged me £649, and I'm on benefits and struggling to live, I tell everyone I know with pets to avoid like the plague
