Only one entry per email address. No cash or prize alternative. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this term by, for example, the use of ‘brute force’, ‘script’ or any other automated means, that person/those e-mail addresses will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
The opening date and closing date and time for entries are as indicated in the competition information. Any entries received before the competition opens or after the closing date and time will not be counted. Entries with an invalid email address will be discounted. Employees and members of their immediate families (including any live-in partner) of the Promoter and/or those associated with the promotion of the competition, including the provider of the prize, are ineligible to enter.
Winner(s) are selected in random draws after the Competition has closed. The winner will be contacted using the email address provided within 7 days after the Competition has closed. The Winner(s) must respond within a limited timeframe as explained in the notification email in order to claim the Prize, after which the Prize will be offered to someone else. The Winner(s) must respond with their full name, email address and postal address in order to receive their Prize.
It is the Winner(s)’s sole responsibility to communicate in advance of receiving any Prize any medical or health-related conditions and/or special needs of the recipient(s) that might affect or be affected by the Prize (for example, without limitation, allergy information and health issues). The Good Vet and Pet Guide and the Third Party partner will not be liable for any injury, loss or damages resulting from a Prize that could reasonably have been avoided had the Winner(s) disclosed that information prior to receiving the Prize. It is strictly the responsibility of the Winner(s) to test any product(s) in the Prize(s) before use.
Prize(s) are delivered using a UK postal service, The Good Vet & Pet Guide will not be responsible for any undelivered Prize(s), delays or defects in delivery for any reason, including but not limited to strikes, damage, loss or the non-delivery of the Prize(s) for any reason including the address provided is incorrect or cannot be delivered to,
The winner will receive their prize within 4 weeks;
Third-Party Email Consent - Opt-in to receive new product information and special offer emails from our Partner (the provider of the prize) on the Competition Entry Form. If you do not wish to receive emails from our partner do not opt-in at the time of entering a Competition. If you do opt-in, your name and email address will be shared with the Third Party and will be processed in accordance with the Third Party’s privacy policy, as presented to you on the Competition Page. The Third Party will be the data controller of your data in that regard and if you wish to unsubscribe at a later date you must contact the Third Party to do so.
The redemption of a Prize is subject to availability and is subject to change at the discretion of The Good Vet & Pet Guide and the partner (provider of the prize)
